Cristina Fiani

I'm Cristina Fiani, a PhD student at University of Glasgow within the social AI CDT, who's always had a curious mind and a passion for discovery.

 

My journey started with biomedical engineering at UCL 2017-2021, where I was fascinated by how technology could be used to improve people’s lives. As I delved deeper into my studies, I realized that understanding the human mind and behavior was just as important. So, I decided to combine my passions and explore the intersection of computing science and psychology.

 

In my current PhD research, I aim to safeguard children in social virtual reality (VR).

 

I'm excited to continue on this journey and see where it takes me!
