Here's who I am & what I do
I'm Cristina Fiani, Emerging Tech Analyst, who's always had a curious mind and a passion for discovery.
I conducted a PhD at the University of Glasgow within the social AI CDT (2021-2025). My PhD project focused on safeguarding children in Social Virtual Reality (VR).
My journey started with biomedical engineering at UCL (2017-2021), where I was fascinated by how technology could be used to improve people’s lives. As I delved deeper into my studies, I realised that understanding the human mind and behaviour was just as important. So, I decided to combine my passions and explore the intersection of computing science and psychology.
I'm excited to continue on this journey and see where it takes me!
